Dear PaloAlto,
We have learned from virustotal.com that your Palo Alto Networks detection engine flag our software as Generic.ml.
Our new setup file is for new version of Babylon translator program with updated UI - Babylon 12 (version 12.0.0.5), and it does not include any malware or anything malicious.

This is a false positive on your part and we would kindly ask you to correct it and whitelist it ASAP.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,

Thank you for your suggestion.
As far as I understand, to open a support ticket we need to be PaloAlto customer, which is not the case.
I saw here on LIVE community posts requesting correction of false positive flag, so I understand they contacted through the community forum, and got resolution.
Thanks,
Rotem
