Please link the default CDL(telemetry only) to your AIOps instance. Are you able to connect it?
After that execute the command:
request device telemetry collect now
Then take the output of the following show commands:
show device-telemetry details
show device-telemetry stats all
show device-telemetry settings

Hi @ravsingh ,
There are no CDL's list in the dropdown under the AIOps instance settings. I'll PM you the output from the commands above.

Hi @UNCC_Brandon
The error "Unable to retrieve regional info. Please navigate to this application from the Application Hub to continue" might sometimes be transient, could you check again in a different browser? if you’re still seeing this, would be good to get a har file that shows the erroring API.
Steps to generate a har file for the complete process :
-> Open the hub page
-> Right-click on the page and click on Inspect.
-> Click on the Network tab > on the record button.
-> Try logging in to the AIOps page.
-> Right-click on any of the files listed and click on Save all as HAR with Content. Save the file.
Also please make sure that you are not blocking access to api.prod.di.paloaltonetworks.cloud
domain.
