How to delete AIOps instance?

Hello,

I see three AIOps instances created under https://apps.paloaltonetworks.com/settings but only one is used.

How/Where I can delete unused AIOps instances?

You can't delete the AIOps instance, we have to delete from our backend.

In the screenshots, I can barely see the AIOps names because the tool with shrink the image quality. Could you please mention AIOps tenant ID and name for both.

For your second query, if you want to change the region of your AIOps instance. Following things you need to take care:

1. You can't change the region on your current instance instead you have to deploy a new instance with Europe region.
2. CDL and AIOps instance region must be same.
3. You have to change the region to Europe on all your firewalls in the telemetry settings.
4. If you are using free CDL then a new CDL will automatically created and you need to link it to your new AIOps instance.

it is not something customers can do.

Unless you decide to delete a TSG, there is no harm to have AIOps-free (also it becomes a requirement for AIOps-Premium).

When AIOps was first introduced we had the ability to generate multiple instances Palo changed that - guess people were deploying them on mass 🙂

If you want to delete the instance you'll need to open a ticket with Palo Support.
