Upload .tgz file for BPA on-demand en Aiops in not completed

L1 Bithead

Hi community!

When trying to upload the TSF file with the .tgz extension, the process stays in the 'uploading' state but never ends.

Is there a way to correct this and be able to load the TSF to perform a BPA on demand?

The issue was sourced to browsers in Windows environments. It has been fixed now, can you please check if you can run the on-demand BPA analysis?

Hi!

Yes, the problem really persists.

I have a case with the support team, but no significant progress yet.

I can confirm that this is still a problem. I also have not had an update on my support case.

Hi, the issue persists on Chrome and Firefox for Ubuntu, is there any workaround?
