Query User-id database from XML API

I see that you can query the user-id database from the CLI with the "show user" command but can do you do the same via the XML API?

I am unable to find a user related option in the API browser.

Is it possible to import an url file using the XML API?

We are using XML REST API to do some configs on our PAN devices ans our Panorama, we are looking for a way to import an url file into a custom url category using the API.

Need Assistance with Custom Signature for Shamoon
