General Settings - Automatically Aquire Commit Lock

By enabling this option, a commit lock is automatically created as soon as configuration changes are made by an administrator. With the commit lock in place only the administrator who made configuration changes gets chance to commit it on the firewall and only then other administrators can work on the changes.
