When you say its a managed service, does that make it a vendor controlled 'software as a service' system that customers subscribe to?  As compare with traditional Palo Alto firewalls which are owned and managed by a customer?

Jim - That is right. It is PAN managed Service. Customers no longer need to manage infrastructure. They just manage policies
