The LIVEcommunity Team is excited to announce a new Community Updates area, a dedicated space for sharing release notes, platform enhancements, upcoming changes and key metrics! We hope members find this area valuable.

📢 Community Updates: What’s New?

 

1. Audit Date Stamp

We introduced a new feature to help you know when content has been reviewed for accuracy: the Audit Date Stamp. With this latest enhancement, you can now easily identify when an article has been reviewed to confirm it information is accurate, screenshots are current, and any solutions or use cases function as expected. As you can see below, the audit date stamp includes the day and time an article was audited and by whom.

2. Login Prompt

We developed and implemented a Login Prompt for a smoother, more intuitive flow. This prompt reminds you to sign in to your account to enjoy the exclusive features of the community. If you're not logged in, you will encounter a prompt in the upper right corner of our site, guiding you to sign in or register to join our community. And by registering, you'll unlock a world of benefits!

3New Languages Added

Our platform now supports Italian and Brazilian Portuguese, expanding our language library to 10 languages — including Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish. This exciting expansion allows us to better connect with our global community, ensuring customers have access to resources in their native language and can fully engage with what we offer!

 

4. Support FAQ

We announced our new Support FAQ section, designed to help Palo Alto Networks customers find resolution to their common queries faster. Our goal is simple: provide clear, comprehensive resources that address customers' most common issues. Combining data-driven insights with expert knowledge, we've crafted articles that aim to empower LIVEcommunity members with practical solutions.

5. Enhanced Subscription Feature

Members can now subscribe to any area on LIVEcommunity. If a page or area is of interest to you, you can subscribe to it to receive notifications—by email or in the community or both—when a new blog or article is posted to the area or a comment or reply is made. Now, you may ask - how do I subscribe? You will see a drop-down Options menu button on the top right corner with a 'Subscribe' button as shown below.
