I want to change my production environment XSOAR to DEV environment, and after that i will create new production environment.
I want to know how to move the production to dev including changing the IP

Hi there! I am assuming this is for XSOAR 8 SaaS. If so, you would need to put in a Support Ticket asking for your instance to be changed from a Production to a Development system as they get setup at such upon their initial deployment. They might have to do a redeployment and have you migrate your Content over. Concerning the IP, those are determined by your region and you shouldn't have to make any modifications.
