Cisco to PA-440 - import of configuration hangs

L0 Member

I'm running the latest version of Expedition 1.x and I'm attempting to migrate my config from an ASA to a PA-440.  When I attempt to import the resulting config to the Palo, it hangs and just sits at the "uploading" status.  I'm on the latest 11.x version on the 440.  Not sure if there's something I need to do in Expedition or if there's something I'm missing elsewhere.

Hi @S.Jones320106

Thanks for reaching out.

I'm assuming you did the merge with your ASA and PANOS configuration and now you are executing the API calls to push them directly to your device.

If my assumption is fine, please could you check the logs on below paths:

- /home/userSpace/devices/debug.txt

- /home/userSpace/devices/$DEVICE_SERIAL_NUMBER/debug.txt

I would suggest to send an email to fwmigrate@paloaltonetworks.com to continue the troubleshooting.

Thanks and best regards,

David
