Fuel User Group has now integrated our login process with Palo Alto Networks Single Sign-On tool, Okta. You MUST reset your password.
Additionally, once your password is reset, you can also log directly into LIVEcommunity (https://live.paloaltonetworks.com -> Sign in) and take advantage of all of the resources that are available to you there too!!
In this video, you will see how to perform a password reset request on your account to set your password to whatever you'd like.
If you'd prefer not to view the video, but would rather the instructions with screenshots, you can follow below.
Go to the Bevy website at events dot fuel user group dot org.
From here, click on the 'Log in' option at the top right corner of the screen.
On the Sign In screen, enter your email address for your Fuel account and click 'Next'.
On the verify with your password screen, click on the 'Forgot password?' link below the 'Verify' button.
When prompted to reset your password, click on the 'Select' button to the right of the Email option.
On the Get a verification email screen, click on the button that says 'Send me an email'. This will generate an email with a link for you to use to reset your password.
Check your email at this time. In this email, you will receive a link that says 'Reset Password'. Be sure to not wait to use this link as it is only valid for five minutes. Copy and paste this link into the browser you are using for the password reset process.
At this point, you can reset your password to whatever you would like following the rules on the screen. Once complete, click 'Reset Password' and you will be signed in with the new password you just assigned to your account.
That's it. Your password has now been set to whatever you entered. Be sure to login to LIVEcommunity (https://live.paloaltonetworks.com -> Sign in) for additional resources!
