Do you get the sidebar or do you get an entirely blank page? If you get the sidebar menu to show up that's pretty normal on my end, you don't get anything until you actually select one of the options and then it'll load.
If you aren't getting anything at all and it's just a white page, verify that you are actually allowing the resources to load properly. Due to some blocks that I have in place on one of my networks against some TLDs that's constantly how it displays since I'm not allowing it to fetch content properly.
