Assigning a new public IP address to an interface

L1 Bithead

Hi All,

Trying to set up a Global protect SSL VPN on the Palo Alto. I have applied for and recevied a block of addresses from my IPS, I am now trying to set up a new interface with the address supplied for users to access the GP portal and download the software via HTTPS. Im quite new to GP and palo alto in genral and have setup everything the best I can. I am not getting any sort of responce page etc when trying to conntect to the portal via https://publicipaddress. Im not sure if its a static route issue or something else but any sort insight on this would be amazing.

Thanks

did you add the ip range to a new interface or to your existing external interface? can you provide some screenshots or more information about how you set it all up ?
