I tried to change the service route configuration, but nothing changed.
Firewall's PanOS version is 8.0.0, could it be an error of this version?

Daniele

Hi @DKanta,
I haven't played with BC for a while now ... maybe other users can provide more input.
However, since this started happening after the upgrade to PAN-OS 8.0 I'd recommend to have TAC investigate this issue.
Cheers !

I think the problem is version 8. We had the same issue when upgraded to v8, no problems with the network, so when I reverted back to 7.1.7, the problem disapeared.
