@MavioLee,

Are you sure that you purchased PAN support directly from Palo-Alto and not through a service partner?

L2 Linker

I have premium support auth code,

I bought from service partner , I had phoned palo alto directly , the lady said I can only buy from distributor

then I bought and got auth code and firewall.

Hi @MavioLee ,

It seems that you have backline support.

Please reach out to your ASC for support and ask them for visibility to your assets in the CSP.

Hi @MavioLee ,

CSP = Customer Support Portal (support.paloaltonetworks.com)

ASC = Authorized Support Center.  It seems in your case it's 'Ingram Micro (China) Limited (HK)'
