Good Morning,

there is 2 questions regarding Palo alto

 

1. how to reset user session by GUI when he is login to PAN vial Captive Portal for internet Access ?

2. how to ping, traceroute and other testings via PAN GUI Mode ?

1.  I wouldn't know if you could from the top of my head if this is at all possible in the GUI ))

2.  Not possible through the GUI... CLI is your friend in this case.  You can reach out to your local SE and ask him to file a feature request for you.

i think it should be added in future

how can i disconned a login user to captive portal ?

for exmaple admin is activly using company internet

how can i disconned him from PAN ?

Hi @mohammad_mozamel ,

 

You can clear the user-to-ip mapping.

 

The following commands can be used to clear the mapping:

> clear user-cache-mp ip <IP-address>  //user-cache-mp   (Clear management plane user cache)

> clear user-cache ip <IP-address>  //user-cache      (Clear dataplane user cache)
