We have decrypt port mirrior license on our PA-850
But under interface types we can not see the Decrypt mirror type interface
The Pan-os version is 8.0.8

Can you look through that and verify that you've actually done step 3 and committed since then.

also ensure you did step 1.4 before attempting step 3, reboot is required to activate this feature

I did all of steps.But no Decrypt port mirror interface type
May be it is because of PAN-OS version?

Yes, you are correct.
With my PA-850 v8.0.7, I could not configure decrypt port mirror.
With another PA-850 v8.1.0, I could.

@emr_1 I don't know if I'd tie it to the PAN-OS version. I'm running 8.0.7 on a 5220 pair and decrypt mirror is working just fine. Perhaps it's tied to a platform issue?
