Does Palo Alto provide free exam vouchers for their customers?

L1 Bithead

I am a customer who works at Insight Enterprises as an L1 support technician. Currently, my technical skills with Palo Alto technologies are quite limited, as I consider myself a beginner.

I am interested in advancing my career internally to join the L2 team, which requires me to complete a few Palo Alto certifications. In my research on the certification path, I discovered that the Palo Alto Networks Certified Cybersecurity Entry-Level Technician (PCCET) is the first certification I should pursue.

I would like to inquire if Palo Alto offers any free exam vouchers for this certification.

Thanking in advance!

Hello @A.Rith

There is a LinkedIn channel of Palo Alto Networks Education Services (https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/palo-alto-networks-education-services/posts/?feedView=all) where they are posting, from time to time, promo codes that gives you exam price discount.

Cheers,
Cosmin

Thanks so much BorislavP for the heads-up about the PCCET retirement and for sharing the links to the new certifications.
