L1 Bithead

Hello,

if you encounter this while performing a commit:

Error: Certificate 'XXX' failed to load: parse tbs certificate dn failed
Error preparing global objects
failed to handle CONFIG_UPDATE_START

try these commands in the CLI:

debug dataplane reset ssl-decrypt certificate-cache
debug dataplane reset ssl-decrypt session-cache

i don't know why it happens,

if someone does, please respond below,

Hi @ftrabalsini ,

Thanks for the info.

I've seen similar cases.  From the error message it seems that the data plane (dp) is not able to parse the domain name content of the TBS (To Be Signed) certificate and resulted in the error message.  In most cases users created a maintenance window for restarting the data plane(dp) to resolve the issue.

Kind regards,

-Kim.
