Hi there,
I am having troubles with installing the licenses on the firewall.
I tried to receive the keys from the license server without success. I have also tried to enter the authorization code also no success.
Then I have tried to manually upload the license files, it comes up with an error again. I can't tell which error because the error message is empty.
In my support area I can see both of my devices and I can see that they are activated there, so I am not sure what the problem is?
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? And what do I need to do to activate the firewall?

Hello
PAN would retrieve the license from PAN license server via MGT interface is default.
1. checking MGT interface could access the internet
2. checking MGT interface could look up a domain name for PAN license server. (google DNS server 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 is best I think)
