This errors looks very similar to a reported issue (PAN-160818).  Target fix being 10.0.7 which is planned to be released on 07/22/21 which is subject to change.

 

I'd recommend reaching to support for more details and a confirmation that you're indeed hitting this bug.

I haven't got any information for this bug id.

Is there any major impact of this alert ? If yes, what feature/config is affected.

Found bug id in panos 10.0.7 addressed issue
