Having issues with certain pages on Live Community

L0 Member

Hello,

I'm currently receiving multiple errors like this:

Access Denied You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

This is not the first time. In the past, I was instructed to log in in to the live community and one of your members(Mitchell Gordon), was able to solve this issue, but now is happening again with multiple pages like this: http://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/learning-articles/unresolved-fqdns-in-security-policy-result-in-...

Please help me with this issue due to is affecting my productivity.

Thanks!

Alejandro Martinez

Hi @alemartinez ,

Same thing.  That links to an archived location.

Here's the link to the same content on KB: https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClXUCA0

Where did you get the link from ? We might want to update the source page with updated link info.

Cheers,

-Kiwi.

Hi Alejandro

This link is to an article that has been archived, probably because it was incorrect or outdated.

i googled the replacement document for you: https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000ClXUCA0

The problem is not only with that specific URL, but with others...See this other example: https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/learning-articles/unresolved-fqdns-in-security-policy-result-in...
