Currently no.
There are however 2 feature requests you can have your vote added to. Please reach out to your local SE for this.
FR are #3060 (DHCPv6 client support) and #7365 (DHCPv6 server support).

Both FR's have a number of votes but I don't see if they're scheduled for a specific future release yet.
Please reach out to your local SE for more details about specifc FR's.

Prefix delegation is different than DHCPv6 though. Prefixes received via prefix delegation can be distributed via SLAAC as well. Do these feature requests address this as well?

Had a chat with my SE. It seems that DHCPv6-PD didn't show up in his searching of feature requests. If you need this feature, you should contact your SE and reference the following feature request ID.
