Last Fetched Message Failed to renew device certificate. Invalid request. Authentication failed

Hi,

I have PA-410 (10.3.2-h2 sw.ver)

showing error "Last Fetched MessageFailed to renew device certificate. Invalid request. Authentication failed" renue option not available .

any solution, please help me

Below error message shows that the device's certificate on your PA 410 Firewall has failed due to an authentication failure.

There might be several reasons like incorrect password, certificate expired or misconfiguration in certificate.

  • Try checking the Username and Password you are entering and check you have appropriate permissions.
  • check the firewall certificate settings on the firewall whether its properly configured or not.
  • If the certificate is expired ,generate a new certificate and configure it in firewall.

Got to Device Tab> 

            Certificate Management> Certificate 

                  you will find Generate Highlighted click on it. *Option will be seen down Down on the page.

Could you try the cli ? :

 

admin@PA-LAB> request certificate fetch
