Hello Team,

I'm working with a customer for whom we purchased a Support Only license, and now we would like to start working on their environment. However, we want to activate the license under their CSP account.

I am aware that this is not possible, but according to the case we created, I understand that we can re‑book the entity to the customer’s account, but for that we need:

  1. Completed forms
  2. Customer signature

I'm struggling to find the forms that should be completed by my company and the customer. Could you please help me locate them?

Moreover, I tried calling the Sales representative at +31 20 808 4600, but I was instructed to create a case for this request. Could you please advise where exactly I should create this case?

Total $ amt. needed to credit*: 
If there is a Replacement Order - please provide the below
(Replacement quote MUST be approved prior to submitting RMA request):
Replacement Oppty. link*:
Replacement Total $ value:
Or PO# /SO# (If available)
For H/W returns, confirm if the box has been opened or still in the original packaging?

 

This is a form which should be used in case like my, obtained from Sales representative. Thank Everyone who try.

You are talking about regular hardware firewall?

What stops customer creating their own support account so firewall could be registered there?
