L1 Bithead

Hi all,

After I uprageded all PA firewall and Panorama to version 9.1.5. My PA-3220 is working properly but not for PA-220.

The operation is working fine but health information on Panorama for PA-220 is missing as capture below

Infomation like CPS,session, CPU utilization and etc.. are missing but connectivity between PA-220 and Panorama is seem good.

Is PA 220 actively passing traffic?

Do you see traffic logs of PA 220 in Panorama?

Try to restart the management server on the PA 220.

Regards

Hi@MP18

I can see traffic log coming from PA220 in Panorma.

I have tried to restart the management server on the PA220 but still no luck

@Tutchapon

Other thing you can try is to restart the Management server of Panorama if that helps.

If still not working then I will recommend opening up TAC case.

Restart the mgmt server on PA-220 is working. Just take some time before it is working.

Thank you for your help @MP18

It is so annoying. It happened in all release in 9.1.x for PA-220. Over 90% of my devices got this problem during PANOS upgrade. I reported to PA support over a year ago and the problem is still existed until now (9.1.11).
