No Linux dowload available

L0 Member

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to get GlobalProtect VPN up and running on Linux, but the university portal only offers Windows/macOS installers—no native Linux package. I also tried signing in on Palo Alto’s site with both my personal and CPP email addresses, but I keep hitting this error:

“An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact support.”

Has anyone found a direct Linux installer or workaround? In need it to connect remotely to start working. Any tips would be hugely appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Hi @adongre ,

Thanks for info, linux installer is available at support portal. As you mentioned that university portal only offers Windows/macOS installers it means either it's limited with windows/macOS. You may need to check with your university if they allow you to use the linux.

Best Regards,

Mohammad Talib
