No Logs for DMZ zone

L2 Linker

We have created a NAT policy to access the Server in the DMZ zone, we can able to successfully connect to the server from public network. But, we cannot see the traffic logs for the same.

Hi @ChandrashekharD ,

Do you have logging enabled in your security policy rule?  If not, you will not see the logs.

If you have enabled Log at Session End (recommended), then maybe the session has not ended.  Check Monitor > Session Browser to see your active sessions.

Thanks,

Tom

Yes logging is enabled, while accessing server in DMZ through public IP it is successful but traffic is not showing

Hi @ChandrashekharD

As per @TomYoung , how is the logging configured exactly (at session start or end ?) and are you able to identify the session in the session browser ?

Can you check the rule configuration and match it up with the session you actually see.

Please provide more information for us to help you.

Kind regards,

-Kim.
