No graph are being shown in my QOS statistics. Just upgraded from 5.0.0. Previous issue that I was being prompted that statistics for the interface is no available was solved and now this. Please confirm if you also encounter the same.,

Hi,

Another bug with engineering has been opened up with this issue. This has been replicated in house as well. I will check on the status of the fix for this bug and will update you.

Thanks,

Syed Hasnain

Hi

Take a look into 5.0.1-h1 release - there is note:

46285 – Resolved the issue where QoS statistics were not displaying in the web interfac

where is 5.0.1-h1 I check the update everyday have no release yet

5.0.1-h1 is only available for PA-200

for all other Devices the Fix 46285 was included in "normal" 5.0.1 Release

But i can proof that it is still not working.

I suggest to open support Case and refer to this Threat.

If you want you can also refer to Support Case Number 00110012

As far as i know Engineering is currently working on this and hopefully it will be fixed in 5.0.2

Cheers

Marco

O.K thanks
