PAN-OS Software Release naming?

L0 Member

Just upgraded to PAN-OS 8.1.9 on our PA-500 a few weeks ago. Just saw that 8.1.9-h4 is available now. Wondering what the significance is of the "h" in the name of the release version.

@ChrisHoag

the h will represent a hotfix.

There is 8.1.9 and also a minor patch/hotfix for some issue (read release notes of 8.1.9-h4, to determine if you need to use it)
