Problems with mail queues after updating PA-5410 from version 10.2.7-h8 to the preferred version 10.2.13-h7

Hi team

We have detected problems with mail queues after updating PA-5410 from version 10.2.7-h8 to the preferred version 10.2.13-h7.

After reviewing the traffic logs, we are unable to determine the problem we are experiencing.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Can you detail a bit more what you're actually running into? When you say mail queues, is this something like Exchange mail processing or are we talking about PAN system generated emails that you're running into issues with? When you say problems, what type of problems are you actually seeing? Are we talking about messages failing to reach it into your email environment, outbound messages failing to leave your environment?

You'll need to provide more detail into what you're actually seeing.

The problem is that emails get stuck in the queues of Exchange servers and are not delivered to their recipients.

@Alpalo  -- Not directly answering your question, but is there a reason you're still running 10.2.X?  Technically EOL, but does have limited support.  If your issue is software related, maybe running 11.1.X you'd find better performance?  While you CAN troubleshoot an application performance issue on your current code you're more than likely better off upgrading.  Seeing how things perform, then troubleshooting if needed.
