I need to open a new case from the portal, however pressing the create case button gives me an error and does not allow me to even verify the cases that I have open.
We are trying to look into this to see what the problem may be and to see how this can be resolved for everyone. We may reach out to you for more info about this.
My main concern at the moment is that I need to open a support case for one of our government clients and I cannot access this platform.
