Radius/OTP authentication error when using globalprotect

L4 Transporter

I authenticated fine on the globalprotect portal but then I get this erro "globalprotect client could not connect to gateway. Please contact you IT administrator" Any ideas

Could this be caused by an issue with the cert?

Hello,

It sounds like a potentail misconfig in the gateway settings? The system/traffic logs should have a bit more info as to what might have caused it.

Ended up being the cert

Can you please explain the solution. I tried to create new self-sign certificate but it didn't help.
