Hi @Herrera123 ,

Since you're using PA-3020 you can't upgrade to PAN-OS 10.x (the last supported OS on PA-3020 is PAN-OS 9.1).

Check out the software release guidance page:

https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/customer-resources/support-pan-os-software-release-guidance/ta-...

Any version marked as preferred version (P) on that page will be good for you (just not the PAN-OS 10.x version).

Cheers,

-Kiwi.

Regarding the update, we want that according to the characteristics and model of our Palo Alto equipment (PA3020), they recommend us to which especific version we can update the software so that when it comes to applying it it is a stable and compatible version. Currently we are in 8.1 .15-h3

Hello,

Go with either the 9.0.13 or 9.1.8. To know the difference between the 9.0.x path and 9.1.x path, check the release notes. Either one will run on your 3020.

Regards,

PAN-OS preferred (p) status counts across all platforms unless there is specific mention of instability for a platform in that link that @kiwi  provided, so 9.1.8 and 9.0.13 are both safe and stable to run on pa-3020

just make sure you update your content package to the latest version before starting the OS upgrade
