Request: List of GTIN / UPC Barcodes for Palo Alto Networks Products

L0 Member

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a complete list (or official source) of GTIN / UPC barcodes for Palo Alto Networks products — including firewalls and accessories.

We’re integrating Palo Alto products into an eCommerce catalog and would like to ensure barcode accuracy for inventory and listing automation.

If anyone has access to an official database, documentation, or a reliable export (CSV, XLSX, API, etc.), please share or point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance for any guidance or resources you can provide.

Hi @Frikkie_Botha ,

This information is typically handled by Palo Alto Networks' operations, channel, and pricing teams, not the public-facing technical documentation (which focuses on technical specifications and APIs like PAN-OS).  The best sources for a complete, accurate list of GTINs/UPCs are the official channels designed for partners and resellers who manage inventory and sales.

If you or your company is a registered NextWave Partner, this is the most reliable place to find this operational data.  As a partner you can reach out to nextwave@paloaltonetworks.com

If you are unable to reach out to NextWave you can reach out directly to your assigned Palo Alto Networks Account Executive (AE) or your Distributor's Sales Representative.

Kind regards,

-Kim.
