need to know if Key Exchange Algorithms   

 

RSA 

DH

ECDHE
 
of them which take more cpu cycles ?
are they platform specific?
 
is all of them done in hardware?

Hello,

From what I understand, and I could be wrong, however the only devices that have dedicated hardware [processors for SSL decryption are the models that have x2xx and the 7xxx series. However I beleive the decrption is still done in software and these newer models just have dedicated hardware to perform this.
