For anyone can help me as when I access the web interface of PA 3050 Firewall and go to certificate management I can't find SSH Service profile

Latest supported PAN-OS for PA-3050 is 9.1.
Looking at the admin guide it seems to be only available on 10.0, 10.1 and 10.2:
