System Logs

L1 Bithead

Hi,

Do we have any list of critical and high severity system logs? Like what are the examples of hardware failures, serious issues etc...

@ftbaraoidan

Here are few examples

critical - description contains 'License for feature pan-url-filtering will expire on 2021/07/19'

 ( description contains 'Chassis Master Alarm: Power Supply ' )

( description contains 'License for feature global-protect-gateway will expire on 2021/06/01' )

( description contains 'HA Group 1: Staying in Active state after split-brain recovery (split-brain duration: 24s)' )

high -description contains 'WildFire failed to retrieve verdict.Authentication or Client Certificate failure

description contains 'The system is starting up

 ( description contains 'Dataplane is now up' )

( description contains 'User-ID Agent User-ID Agent-1(vsys1): Error: Failed to connect to 10.71.36.126(10.71.36.126):5007 details: none'

If you need complete list of the system logs with severity then you might need to contact your SE if it is possible or not?

Regards

MP

@ftbaraoidan,

I don't believe that such a document actually exists in a space that customers can actually access. Your SE should be able to provide you with the internal document that exists, but I'm honestly not sure if this is considered a protected document so I don't really want to share it.
