is there a way to fined the top bandwidth usage in PA 4.1.x in the exact moment that i need , because usually i have to wait for 15 minutes to get it from the ACC.bandwidth

I created a custom report utilizing traffic log db received in last 15 minutes and following columns. Other option is to view your network monitor

thanks alto for your reply , but what i need in is to know the one who is consuming the bandwidth right now not 15 mins before

You could setup QoS profile. This will show the apps/users consuming your bandwidth. Or you could configure Netflow to graph it using PRTG or some other network tool.
