I would backup @kiwi suggestion and follow the steps in the link. Ignore that KB is speaking for Log collector specifically. This should be valid for all platforms.
I always recommend - every time you want to download new software to use "check now" first and then select the image you want to download.
In nutshell, when you click "check now" (or cli > request system software check), firewall will contact update server and download list of available images. This list is not updated automatically, but it is cached and in order to refresh it you need to manually do that.
In some rare cases it is possible that your local cached list refer to modified entry (changed image ID or something like that), which update server does not have anymore, so you need to refresh firewall list and refer to the correct object/image.
