Unable to Sync the PAN-DB URL cloud from firewall to M-600(PAN_DB private URL cloud)

Hi,

 

We have added the PAN-DB private cloud server IP address in the firewall. but we were unable to get the license from M-600.

we are getting TCP RST from Client error. could please advise me what is causing the issue

The intermediate Certificate authority is causing the issue.

With help of the TAC team support and referred the below articles, it helped to resolve the issue.
