URL category change request rejected

L0 Member

Hello Community!
We need to change a URL that is tagged under Computer and Internet while it is dedicated to Health ad Medicine and should be tagged accordingly. Our vendor can't access our site as their firewall is blocking anything that is not under Health and Medicine.

I have followed the process to make a Category change request (as per existing KB), but request was rejected / by a no-reply email.
I have resubmitted the request as per email suggestion in providing more details, but the request was again rejected.

The email suggests to contact Palo Alto support if follow up is required, but there is no email provided and calling in requests to have a device ID, which we don't.

Anyone know how do I go from here to further explain the request?

Hi @JoseeM ,

Your vendor  can create a custom URL category to allow access to your website.  As far as contacting support, your vendor will need to contact Support through their account and provide the device ID that is being affected. Do you know if your vendor has an active support license?
