Hi...You can check with the Palo Alto partner (whom you purchased the Palo Alto device from) or your local Palo Alto SE on the conversion.  At this time, we offer a migration tool but it is limited to Palo Alto & partners' SEs only.

What part of the config?  I found the two CLI's to be relatively close so I just dumped my Netscreen config into Excel and added/removed columns to the commands to be PANOS friendly and then ported to notepad for copy/paste.

I found this to be relatively simple for address and address-groups.  I did policy by hand because I had a chance to "streamline" my config.

The migration tool is regularly updated with new features.  For Netscreen, the tool will convert the policy and objects.
