I know it's dumb to answer this but I just need to open a ticket with support to have a serial number removed from the portal. Every option I've tried requires to upload a TSF file and whatnot.

Hi @Fernando-Castro ,
You can create an admin case. The file upload at the end is optional and not required when clicking File a Case at the end.

@Ferk Go to the CSP. From the CSP, click on Support -> Get Help -> You'll see "Create an Administrative Case"
Click Accept as Solution to acknowledge that the answer to your question has been provided.
The button appears next to the replies on topics you’ve started. The member who gave the solution and all future visitors to this topic will appreciate it!
