Windows Server PAN terminal server agent random port

L0 Member

On Windows Server 2016, with the "PAN terminal server agent" service we have exactly the problem described here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/154579/listening-port-is-being-replaced-automatic...

Simply if the service is started it has this behavior, any port reserving test has not worked. Does anyone know of a solution to the problem?
Thank you

I don't understand the answer, so what it says here is wrong?https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/welcome-guide/welcome-to-livecommunity-start-here/ta-p/437457

And why was this question https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/general-topics/terminal-server-agent-port-redirection/m-p/31270... answered?

Normally you can't define something with the same term, that is, saying that LIVEcommunity issues are from LIVEcommunity is like saying nothing.
