Hello everyone,
During a recent migration from SonicWall to Palo Alto, we have encountered an issue with the Dynamic DNS (DDNS) configuration using No-IP.com. Additionally, we are experiencing difficulties accessing the GlobalProtect portal. In SonicWall, there is an option to bind No-IP within the firewall, which is essential as No-IP refreshes the IP address every 48 hours. Our concern is that if the IP address is refreshed, remote users will be unable to establish a connection.
We are seeking guidance on how to configure a similar setup in Palo Alto to ensure uninterrupted remote user connectivity after IP address refreshes.
Thank you for your assistance.
