Getting 'Unidentified network' when connected to Global Protect - 6.2.8

L0 Member

Hi Team,

There is one user who has windows 11 OS
The user is getting unidentified network after connecting to  GP vpn
GP version - 6.2.8 -263

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue ? and what is causing it ?

Tried ipconfig /renew - but didn't resolve
Disabled IPv6 for both wifi adapter and PANGP adapter - but didn't resolve either
Uninstall and reinstall the GP agent
Deleted DAT files and restarted both PANGPS and Windows management Instrumentation services - But no luck

Can anyone help on this issue?

Thanks & Regards
Sania

Hi @S.Shireen ,

Is this user connected to a home wifi? If so, can you ask the user to connect via a mobile hotspot? Does the user still experience unidentified network still?
