Issues with Norton 360

I'm using GlobalProtect 6.2.8 on Windows 11 and, sometimes, it doesn't recognise the antivirus as working/updated. I've updated Windows and checked everything is fin,  but it still doesn't connect. The issue doesn't continually happen, but randomly: sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't, and sometimes it's connected and disconnects.

Hi @belengdp ,

 

This sounds like an intermittent HIP detection issue rather than a standard GlobalProtect connectivity issue.

 

I would recommend checking the HIP Match logs for the affected user during both a successful and failed attempt, and collecting the GlobalProtect client logs from the endpoint when the issue occurs.
