Reinstall Global Protect on a Mac

We are trying to uninstall and reinstall Global Protect on a MacBook. The uninstall went fine, we rebooted, and then started the install. It is stuck on Running Package Scripts. It stays this way for over 30 minutes and you cant force quit. You have to reboot the MacBook. 

 

Our employee tried calling support and they said it was an internal IT issue that she needs to work with us. However, I was hoping since it was your product you could at least give us some help.
