Global Protect 6.2 Disconnected state

We are configured Always-On with Internet traffic allowed after the VPN tunnel is established. We are also forcing all user's traffic through the VPN tunnel, (no split tunnel). 

Randomly but every few days, Global Protect would go into "Disconnected"

We have new GP Portal, but our IOS-users cannot change portal address on the globalprotect app. Uninstalling app, rebooting device and reinstalling app, still it remember the old portal.
